After brushing up on my reading for light wavelenths and how coral benefits from it i am going to pick up new bulbs for my t5ho 6 bulb fixture. I also have plenty of lps that does just fine throughout the tank. What type of fixture is it. I am looking for the best combo for coral health mainly geared toward sps and aesthetically pleasing.

It can be hard to visualize just how each sequence of bulbs will look like in your fixture. Many choose to use t5 fixtures solely. On my 90 gal i have an 8 bulb tek. I can grow sps down to about 3 4 down.

Was on a budget and had the kessils lying around so that s what i went with would not have been enough light to really sustain sps but definitely possible with the 360s. Ime the best combo for growth color has been either 3b 1 actinic 1c 1 6500k or 3b 1p 16500k 1c both combos provide a good spectrum imo. Not overly blue but still enough to have that pop on sps. True actinics are great to have if you have room. Sps love t5 s i am not sure why but they just do. My combo is all ati bulbs front to back blue purple coral blue blue coral blue blue it quite blue as you could imagine.
